Hello, I am a 20 year old, 5'7'' 178lb female in college. And I was thinking about changing my my habits so that I can become more healthy. I admit that I am overweight for my height, but with time I plan to shed the pounds. I didn't really exercise much over the summer, nor did I make healthy meal choices, but now that I have access to a gym from 10 am-8pm and a 24hr track to walk/jog on, I really think I can shed the pounds and build myself up in no time. Are there any suggestions or tips you can give me to help me regain control of my weight and body.All suggestions are welcome. I also plan to cleanse my body every Saturday, what is the best method to do that. THANKS SO MUCH EVERYONE!

I would say you could definitley become healthier. Try to exercise for at least 1-1 1/2 hours a day. Listen to your ipod and run on the treadmill. As for food, simply try to eliminate lots of bad foods and eat more fruits and veggies. Another easy thing is to switch to whole grain bread instead of white. You will save lots more calories. Treat yourself every day to something sweet. For example and ice cream sundae or a few cookies. Maybe a slice of cake. You can have more than one sweet a day, just don't overdo it. 🙂

I would recommend getting an exercise buddy and set a schedule.Do it now – no excuses.
Drink a lot of water, sleep well, watch the alcohol and partying – but then – that's all a part of college – but it isn't part of a healthy life style…
The only way to get control of your weight is to do it and stop talking about it.Set is as one of your priorities.See what's going on on campus that can help you exercise – many different sports and activities can help shed the pounds and be enjoyable,
Cleansing your body may simply be eating only fruits and veggies on that day.

this is alot, you are stripping your skin of it natural oils, drying it out, your need to tone down all the products you are using!

It's very good routine. I just have a few suggestions and comments.
The serum isn't really necessary and is just piling extra stuff onto your skin. At night, you should only be cleansing your skin once. If you do it more than that it can make your skin incredibly dry. And you haven't mentioned how you take off the rest of your make-up (that is if you wear foundation). If you do wear it, you should use a face wash to wash it before washing with a face wash, then cleansing.
Also, you should only really exfoliate once a week. You don't want your face to be stripped of it's natural oils.

Honestly, I think you are using too many products.Keep your skin cleansing more simple.
I am a 68 yr old woman, and a grandmother, I have used Nivea face cream since Iwas 14.
I have used just basic cleanserseg: Simple soap, cold cream, and now I use baby wipes, which clean off my make up,also water proof mascara.
Don't use all those products on your face,or you'll end up upsetting your skin, let your skin breathe a bit
seek help about skin types, if your not sure.
And I have lovely skin,hardly any wrinkles,and look still quiet youthful.
